How it works

Experience our simple, streamlined process.

Discovery

Before we can begin, we’ll hop on an alignment call to review your current state and desired future state. You’ll then receive a pre-work checklist, which includes the insights, vision, content, and assets we’ll need during the project.

We then do a deep dive into your business, industry, and competitors. Through your pre-work deliverables, we’ll finalize a custom solution that best serves the needs of your business and prospective customers.

Design

We then begin working on the visual design of your website; the look and feel. We begin by providing you with two “style tile” options (font choice, colour palette, button styles, input fields, etc). Based on your selection, we’ll continue working through page mockup designs and provide you with a Figma prototype for a better understanding of how everything will flow.

Implement + Launch

We then implement the approved designs from the previous sprint on WordPress. During this phase, the website will come to life in a dedicated staging environment. Any integrations will be also be completed during this time. You will be provided with view access to the site to follow along and ensure it’s working as expected. Then it’s time to launch your website! Once we complete our launch checklist to ensure everything is working as expected, we’re able to go live.

Once I sign up, how does it work exactly?

Once you’ve registered and paid, we’ll work with you to confirm a start date for the website. From there, we’ll send over our pre-work checklist. Having all of this pre-work completed ahead of time allows us to go right into discovery and design when the project begins. We’re all about streamlining the process for you!

Do I need to have coding skills to be able to update my site post-launch?

Unless you’re planning on doing some major changes after launch, you won’t need any coding skills to maintain the site. At minimum, we’ll provide you with a training video to show you how to do basic things like image and text changes (see packages for more information on training inclusions). We also provide (optional) maintenance and hosting plans, if you want a fully-managed experience.
