The challenge
With OTAs severely undercutting their revenue, Villa Amalia needed a new website experience that helped drive more direct bookings.
The Solution
A website is often the first opportunity to build a relationship with a guest; to generate a great first impression. This was our goal. Through sophisticated font and colour selections, creative storytelling as well as strategic placement of ample photos and videos to showcase the beautiful views and high-end villa amenities, we were able to highlight the Amalia experience and reflect the indulgence and relaxation of the brand; to differentiate it from other villas in the area and keep visitors on the site.
We also integrated the site with the Lodgify platform to create a more seamless booking experience. Amalia staff can track and manage bookings with ease, improving both internal efficiency and the overall guest experience.
